It sets requirements including limits on width, operating hours, location, seating, and written approval from the adjacent property owner, and authorizes the Departments of Licenses and Inspections and Streets to establish related standards and procedures.
Amending Section 9-215 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Streeteries," modifying requirements related to the City's revised standards and requirements associated with the use of portions of the Right-of-Way for outdoor dining.
