The enacted ordinance authorizes the City Treasurer to amend the City’s agreement with Citizens Bank National Association so the bank can continue providing payroll banking services to the City. It also includes Citizens Bank’s updated fair lending plan and requires the agreement and plan to be available for public inspection.
