This enacted measure approves an amended Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW) Fiscal Year 2024 capital budget of up to $261,223,772 and authorizes spending on listed projects, including reauthorized projects and a new emergency-generator replacement. It also acknowledges PGW’s revised capital-budget forecast for fiscal years 2025 through 2029 and places conditions on how certain funds may be transferred, spent, and carried forward.

Approving the amendment of the Fiscal Year 2024 Capital Budget providing for expenditures for the capital purposes of the Philadelphia Gas Works (including the supplying of funds in connection therewith) subject to certain constraints and conditions and acknowledging the receipt of the Revised Forecast of Capital Budgets for Fiscal Years 2025 through 2029, as amended.
