This enacted ordinance changes Philadelphia’s procurement rules for contracts with not-for-profit vendors awarded by specified city offices and agencies. Effective July 1, 2025, it removes a special exception that had excluded these contracts from certain requirements and allowed some disclosures to be filed after the contract was signed.

Amending Title 17 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Contracts and Procurement," to modify the requirements for contracts with not-for-profit vendors, all under certain terms and conditions.
