This enacted ordinance adds the sidewalk and curb lane on the west side of South 52nd Street, between Pine Street and Osage Avenue, to the locations where farmers’ markets are permitted. It affects farmers’ market organizers and vendors using that section of the street.

Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding a permissible location on South 52nd Street, between Pine Street and Osage Avenue, all under certain terms and conditions.
