This enacted ordinance authorizes Rock Venice, LLC, to install, own, and maintain two bridges over the Manayunk Canal near 4432 Main Street, 4436-42 Main Street, and 4436R Main Street: a vehicular bridge with a pedestrian walkway and an elevated pedestrian bridge connecting proposed buildings. The owner must obtain required permits, maintain the bridges, carry insurance, cover related utility changes, and remove the bridges at its own expense if the City gives 180 days’ notice for a municipal construction project.

Authorizing the installation, ownership and maintenance of various encroachments in the vicinity of 4432 Main Street, 4436-42 Main Street and 4436R Main Street, Philadelphia, PA 19127, under certain terms and conditions.
