This enacted ordinance authorizes the owners of Pera at 944 North 2nd Street to install and maintain a sidewalk café with four tables and eight seats along Laurel Street, while keeping at least six feet of clear sidewalk space. The owners must obtain required permits, follow City rules, maintain insurance and other protections for the City, and remove or relocate the café if required for safety, violations, or public projects.
