The enacted ordinance approves Philadelphia Gas Works’ Fiscal Year 2025 capital budget of up to $194,382,900 for spending from September 1, 2024, through August 31, 2025. It also acknowledges PGW’s revised capital-budget forecast for Fiscal Years 2026–2030 and sets conditions on certain projects, reserve funds, and transfers, affecting PGW’s use of capital funds.

Approving the Fiscal Year 2025 Capital Budget providing for expenditures for the capital purposes of the Philadelphia Gas Works, including the supplying of funds in connection therewith, and acknowledging receipt of the Revised Forecast of Capital Budgets for Fiscal Years 2026 through 2030, all under certain terms and conditions.
