The enacted bill establishes time-limited parking on specified sections of Addison, Baltimore, Irving, Springfield, Washington, S. 46th, Pine, Melville, and S. 54th streets. Depending on the street, parking is limited to two or three hours during stated weekday or daily time periods, with an exception for Residential Parking Permit District 2.
