This enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Procurement Commissioner to enter into a lease and concession agreement with Aero Center Northeast Philadelphia, LLC for about 25 acres at Northeast Philadelphia Airport. The agreement covers construction and operation of a fixed-based operator facility and aircraft maintenance hangars, providing services such as fueling, aircraft storage, maintenance, and passenger and pilot facilities, with the company paying rent and concession fees to the City.

Authorizing the Procurement Commissioner, on behalf of the City, to enter into a lease and concession agreement with Aero Center Northeast Philadelphia, LLC in connection with certain property at Northeast Philadelphia Airport to facilitate the development and operation of a new fixed-based operator, all under certain terms and conditions.
