This enacted ordinance prohibits covered commercial establishments in the area of Ogontz Avenue between Haines Street and 66th Avenue, on both sides, from being open to the public between midnight and 6 a.m. Covered businesses include establishments selling goods for off-site use, with exceptions for restaurants with liquor licenses, drive-through-only food establishments, and vehicle fueling stations. Violations carry a $500 fine for each offense per day, and the restriction expires December 31, 2026.

Amending Chapter 9-600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Service and Other Businesses," by adding a new section regulating the hours of operation of certain establishments and providing for penalties within an area bounded by Ogontz Avenue, between Haines Street and 66th Avenue, all under certain terms and conditions.
