This enacted ordinance authorizes the Department of Streets’ Board of Surveyors to approve a plan vacating Beaumont Street from Fifty-First Street to its southwestward terminus. The street was never paved or improved and is not used by public traffic; vacating it would allow the area to revert to private property.
