This enacted ordinance authorizes 5013 Baltimore LLC, doing business as Cleo Bagels, to install and maintain a sidewalk café near 5013 Baltimore Avenue with three tables and 12 seats. The café must leave at least nine feet of clear sidewalk space and meet city permit, safety, insurance, maintenance, and other requirements; the City may require its removal or relocation in certain circumstances.

Authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk café in the vicinity of 5013 Baltimore Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19143, under certain terms and conditions.
