This enacted ordinance authorizes 5217 Whitby Mt. Moriah, LLC, or a later owner, to install, own, and maintain a building access ramp extending into the sidewalk area at 5217-5219 Whitby Avenue. At least nine feet of clear sidewalk must remain, and the owner must obtain required permits, maintain the ramp, meet insurance and other conditions, and remove it if the City gives notice for a municipal construction project.

Authorizing 5217 Whitby Mt. Moriah, LLC or a subsequent owner to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at 5217-5219 Whitby Avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
