This enacted ordinance authorizes Congregation Rodeph Shalom to install, own, maintain, and replace 11 security bollards in the sidewalk in front of 615 N. Broad Street. The congregation must obtain required permits and approvals, maintain the bollards, and remove them at its own expense if the City gives 180 days’ notice for a municipal construction project and no reasonable alternative is available.
