This enacted ordinance authorizes DUNGAN-COTTMAN LLC, doing business as Smegy’s Pub Too, to install and maintain a sidewalk café near 1320 Cottman Avenue. The café may have three tables and 12 seats along Dungan Street, subject to required permits, insurance, maintenance, and rules for keeping the sidewalk accessible and removing the café when required by the City.
