This enacted ordinance authorizes Madis Coffee Roasters, at 3527-31 Lancaster Avenue, to install and maintain a sidewalk café with seven tables and 14 seats along Race Street. The café must leave at least eight feet of unobstructed sidewalk, obtain required permits and approvals, follow City rules, and be removed or relocated in certain circumstances, such as public construction or violations.
