This enacted ordinance requires mobile providers of goods, including street vendors, to remove all litter within 50 feet of where they distributed goods before leaving. The requirement applies in Philadelphia’s First and Seventh Council Districts, and violators must pay the City’s cleanup costs in addition to other applicable penalties.

Amending Title 10 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulation of Individual Conduct and Activity," by adding prohibitions and penalties related to litter near mobile providers of goods, all under certain terms and conditions.
