This enacted ordinance authorizes the owners of Fountain Porter at 1601 South 10th Street to install and maintain a sidewalk café with nine tables and 18 seats along parts of Tasker Street and South 10th Street. The café must leave at least five feet of clear sidewalk and comply with city permits, regulations, insurance, maintenance, and removal requirements.
