This enacted ordinance authorizes the owners of Tankie’s Tavern at 2654 South Alder Street to install and maintain a permanent marquee canopy extending into the north sidewalk of Oregon Avenue, while leaving at least nine feet of unobstructed footway. The owners must obtain required permits, follow City rules, maintain insurance and the canopy, and remove or relocate it within 30 days if the City gives lawful notice for specified reasons, including public projects, sidewalk closures, or violations.

Authorizing encroachments in the nature of a marquee canopy in the vicinity of 2654 South Alder Street Philadelphia, PA 19148, under certain terms and conditions.
