The enacted ordinance adds a bicycle lane on South 3rd Street between South Street and Market Street and removes one travel lane in that stretch. It also prohibits stopping at any time on the west side and takes effect on July 31, 2025, with the parking change taking effect when the signs are replaced.

Amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Designation of Bicycle Lanes," to add a bicycle lane on South 3rd street; all under certain terms and conditions.
