This enacted ordinance authorizes CBL Arena, LLC and future property owners to construct, own, and maintain bollards, planters, signs, and bicycle racks that extend into sidewalks near 1001-19 Market Street, 1025 Market Street, and 1001-25 Filbert Street. The owners must obtain required permits, maintain the encroachments, keep specified clear walking space, carry insurance, and remove the encroachments at their own cost if the City gives notice for a municipal construction project.

Authorizing CBL Arena, LLC. and its successor(s) in interest to construct, own, and maintain various right of way encroachments in the vicinity of 1001-19 Market Street, 1025 Market Street and 1001-25 Filbert Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107, under certain terms and conditions.
