This enacted ordinance revises Philadelphia’s zoning rules for signs in the Market Street East Advertising District. It changes which properties may have certain signs, increases the maximum sign face from 1,600 to 3,000 square feet, sets rules for digital displays and public improvements, and extends the district’s rules through July 19, 2040.

Amending Title 14 of the Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by revising certain provisions of section 14-906, entitled "Market Street East Sign Regulations," all under certain terms and conditions.
