This enacted ordinance authorizes POSEL WOODLAND ASSOCIATES, L.P., or a later property owner, to install and maintain a building access ramp that extends about 5 feet 6 inches into the west footway of Woodland Avenue near 4116-18 Chester Avenue. The ramp must leave at least six feet of unobstructed footway and meet City permit, maintenance, insurance, removal, and other requirements.

Authorizing POSEL WOODLAND ASSOCIATES, L.P. or a subsequent owner to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at 4116-18 Chester Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19104, under certain terms and conditions.
