This enacted ordinance authorizes the City's Commissioner of Public Property to enter into a 15-year sublease with the Philadelphia Municipal Authority for about 26,805 square feet of office space at 1600-26 John F. Kennedy Boulevard. The City would pay rent, utilities, and its share of operating expenses, with options to renew for three years and then two additional years.
