This enacted ordinance authorizes the owners of Alif Brew & Mini Mart at 546 South 45th Street to install and maintain two planters and a sidewalk café with eight tables and 16 seats along Baltimore Avenue and South 45th Street. The owners must obtain required permits, follow City rules, maintain insurance and other protections, and remove or relocate the encroachments if directed by the City under specified conditions.
