The enacted ordinance authorizes a buffered bicycle lane on the west side of N. 13th Street between Cecil B. Moore Avenue and Diamond Street. It also removes the parking lane in that section and changes the parking rule to “No Stopping Anytime,” with the changes taking effect after new signs are installed.

Amending Chapter 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Designation of Bicycle Lanes," to authorize a bicycle lane on N. 13th Street, from Cecil B. Moore Avenue to Diamond Street, all under certain terms and conditions
