This enacted ordinance authorizes a bicycle lane on the east side of North 23rd Street between Race Street and Market Street. It also provides for removing a travel lane on North 23rd Street between Race Street and Arch Street, with vehicle and bicycle use regulated consistently with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation rules.
