The enacted ordinance authorizes 542 Christian Street Associates, LLC, doing business as Shot Tower Coffee, to install and maintain a sidewalk café near 542 Christian St. The café may include five tables, three benches, and ten seats along portions of South 6th Street and Christian Street, while leaving at least six feet of unobstructed sidewalk. The owner must obtain required permits, follow City rules, maintain insurance and other protections, and remove or relocate the café if directed by the City under specified conditions.
