This enacted bill authorizes the Department of Streets’ Board of Surveyors to formally open portions of City-owned land near Bath and Victoria Streets as a public right of way. The right of way is intended to support public traffic and construction of the Delaware Expressway (I-95).

Authorizing the opening of a right of way to the public on land near the intersection of the southeasterly side of Bath Street and southwesterly side of Victoria Streets, all being land owned by the City.
