This enacted ordinance authorizes the owners of Grumpy’s Tavern at 1525 S. 9th Street to install and maintain a sidewalk café with four tables and seven seats along South 9th Street and Cross Street. The café must follow City requirements, obtain required permits and approvals, maintain clear sidewalk space, and be removed or relocated if the City gives lawful notice for specified reasons, such as public projects, violations, or closure.
