This enacted ordinance authorizes the owner of Little Walter’s at 2049 East Hagert Street to install and maintain a sidewalk café with one table and two seats in the public footway, while leaving at least six feet of unobstructed sidewalk. The owner must obtain required permits and approvals, follow city rules, maintain insurance and the encroachment, and remove it within 30 days if legally notified by the city for reasons such as public projects, sidewalk closures, violations, or the café no longer being used.
