This enacted ordinance authorizes the owners of 1625 South 2nd Street, the location of O’Jung’s Tavern Bar, to place six sidewalk-café tables with 16 seats and four planters along South 2nd Street and Fernon Street. The owners must obtain required permits and approvals, follow City requirements, maintain clear sidewalk space, carry required insurance, and remove or relocate the encroachments when properly directed by the City.
