This enacted bill authorizes the owners of The Brass Tap at 177 Markle Street to install and maintain a sidewalk café with six tables and 24 seats along Terrace Street, extending about 3 feet 4 inches into the public footway while leaving at least six feet clear. The café must follow City requirements, obtain permits and approvals, and may have to be removed or relocated if the City requires the space for public projects, finds violations, or determines the café is no longer being used.

Authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk café in the vicinity of 177 Markle Street, Philadelphia, PA 19127, under certain terms and conditions.
