This enacted ordinance authorizes Philippian Baptist Church, or a future owner of 5801 N Broad St, to install, own, and maintain a prefabricated access ramp extending into the adjacent public sidewalk. The owner must obtain required permits, keep the ramp in good repair, maintain insurance and other protections for the City, and remove the ramp if needed for a City construction project.

Authorizing PHILIPPIAN BAPTIST CHURCH or a subsequent owner to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at 5801 N Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19141, under certain terms and conditions.
