This enacted ordinance changes Philadelphia’s zoning rules for digital signs in parts of the West Overlay District, including specified areas near 30th Street, Market Street, 31st Street, and John F. Kennedy Boulevard. It allows certain digital wall, projecting, and marquee signs while setting limits on their location, size, height, number, total street frontage, display hours, lighting, and permitted information or public service messages.

Amending Chapter 14-516 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "/WST, West Overlay District," by providing for new digital sign controls; all under certain terms and conditions.
