The enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to enter into a sublease with the Philadelphia Municipal Authority for about 56,599 square feet of office space at 1601–29 John F. Kennedy Boulevard. The space would be used for general City office and administrative purposes, with separate lease terms of 12 to 15 years, optional five-year renewals, rent increases, and City responsibility for utilities and a share of operating expenses.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a sublease agreement with the Philadelphia Municipal Authority for use by the City of premises located at 1601-29 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, under certain terms and conditions.
