This enacted ordinance authorizes Avenue of the Arts, Inc. to install, own, and maintain a raised granite curb, a median planter box, two sculptures, and 62 private lights in the center median of the 300 block of South Broad Street between Pine and Spruce Streets. The organization must obtain required permits and enter into an agreement with the City covering maintenance, insurance, utility access, and removal of the encroachments if needed for a City construction project.
