This enacted bill authorizes Imperial/Aramingo Limited to install, own, and maintain an enclosed elevator that would extend about seven feet into the public footway along Aramingo Avenue near 3400 Aramingo Ave., while leaving at least 11 feet 9 inches of unobstructed walkway. The owner must obtain required permits, maintain the elevator, carry insurance, cover related utility changes, and remove it at the City’s request for a municipal construction project.

Authorizing the installation, ownership and maintenance of an elevator encroachment in the vicinity of 3400 Aramingo Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134, under certain terms and conditions.
