This enacted bill approves Philadelphia Gas Works’ Fiscal Year 2027 capital budget for up to $208.01 million, including its financing plan and conditions on certain spending. The budget covers September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, and the bill also acknowledges PGW’s revised forecast of capital budgets for fiscal years 2028 through 2032.

Approving the Fiscal Year 2027 Capital Budget providing for expenditures for the capital purposes of the Philadelphia Gas Works, including the supplying of funds in connection therewith, and acknowledging receipt of the Revised Forecast of Capital Budgets for Fiscal Years 2028 through 2032, all under certain terms and conditions.
