This enacted ordinance designates East Memorial Hall Drive in Fairmount Park as northbound only and West Memorial Hall Drive as southbound only, between Avenue of the Republic and Parkside Avenue. It also allows parallel parking on both sides of both streets and directs the Streets and Parks and Recreation departments to install signs, markings, and other traffic controls.

Amending Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Traffic Code," to designate East Memorial Hall Drive and West Memorial Hall Drive in Fairmount Park as one-way streets, under certain terms and conditions and authorize and/or empower the Department of Streets for the City of Philadelphia to take any and all necessary actions to enforce this Ordinance pursuant to Chapter 12-600 of The Philadelphia Code.
