This enacted bill authorizes the City’s Commissioner of Public Property to enter into or amend a lease with Penn Treaty Venture LLC for office and administrative space at 1341 N. Delaware Ave. The lease amendment provides for a 10-year term, a possible five-year renewal, and the City’s relocation into about 12,749 square feet of office space.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a lease agreement, including a lease amendment, for a portion of the premises at 1341 N. Delaware Ave. for general office and administrative use by the City, all under certain terms and conditions.
