This enacted legislation amends Philadelphia’s zoning rules for floor area, building height, and dwelling-unit density bonuses. It clarifies that qualifying public street enhancements can earn a floor-area-ratio bonus of 200% for 200–249 linear feet of improvements and 300% for more than 250 linear feet, affecting development projects that use this bonus.

Amending Section 14-702 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Floor Area, Height, and Dwelling Unit Density Bonuses," to clarify the terms of the public street enhancement bonus and make related technical changes, under certain terms and conditions.
