This enacted ordinance authorizes the owners of Varallo Brothers Bakery at 1639 South 10th Street to install and maintain a sidewalk café with one table and two seats, extending about four feet into the sidewalk while leaving at least five feet ten inches clear. The owners must obtain required permits and follow City rules, maintain insurance and other protections, and remove the café within 30 days if the City gives notice for specified safety, construction, permitting, or compliance reasons.

Authorizing various encroachments in the vicinity of 1639 South 10th Street, under certain terms and conditions.
