The enacted ordinance authorizes property owners Lawrence Polanski and Ping Zeng to install and maintain a sidewalk café at 2101 South 3rd Street, with five tables and 30 seats along Snyder Avenue and South 3rd Street. The café must meet city requirements, obtain required permits and approvals, maintain at least six feet of clear sidewalk, and be removed or relocated within 30 days if the City gives notice for specified reasons, such as a public project or violations.
