The enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove Cedar Park Avenue from the City Plan between Sixty-ninth Avenue and Haines Street and establish a 60-foot right-of-way there for drainage, water mains, and gas mains.
Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 242 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Cedar Park avenue from Sixty-ninth avenue to Haines street and by placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for drainage purposes, water main purposes and gas main purposes, under certain terms and conditions.

The enacted ordinance amends and restates the Philadelphia Gas Works Pension Plan for eligible employees who work directly in PGW operations.
Amending and restating the Ordinance approved July 12, 1968, as last amended effective January 1, 1999, relating to pension benefits for employees working on behalf of Philadelphia Gas Works by revising the Philadelphia Gas Works Pension Plan to incorporate amendments thereto, clarify the operation thereof, and add certain provisions as required by the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

The enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer, without payment, two City-owned parcels with their buildings and improvements near American Street and Montgomery Avenue to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development (PAID).
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development ("PAID"), without consideration, a deed conveying fee simple title to two certain tracts of City-owned land with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in the vicinity of American street and Montgomery avenue, subject generally to the terms and conditions of the Philadelphia Industrial and Commercial Development Agreement between the City, the PAID, and the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation; and further authorizing PAID, notwithstanding any contrary requirements of the Philadelphia Industrial and Commercial Development Agreement, to convey such land for a nominal consideration, under certain terms and conditions.
