This adopted resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer, without payment, conditional ownership of certain City-owned vacant properties and buildings in several Philadelphia wards to the Redevelopment Authority.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, deeds conveying conditional fee simple title to certain City-owned lots or pieces of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in the Sixteenth, Twentieth, Twenty-eighth, Thirty-second and Thirty-seventh Wards, of the City of Philadelphia, pursuant to Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia to dispose of such properties for rehabilitation and/or improvement in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code.

This adopted resolution amended City Council’s rules to restore a provision giving Council employees at least the same leave entitlements as non-represented city employees under the Family and Medical Leave Act and other city leave policies.
Amending Resolution No. 1, which was adopted as the temporary rules of the Council on January 3, 2000, to reinsert the amendment passed in the last Council session, which extended to Council employees the same leave entitlements that other non-represented city employees enjoy under the Family Medical Leave Act of 1993 and other city leave policies.
