This adopted resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer, without payment, conditional ownership of certain City-owned lots and buildings in Philadelphia’s 36th Ward to the Redevelopment Authority.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, deeds conveying conditional fee simple title to certain City-owned lots or pieces of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in the Thirty-sixth Ward of the City of Philadelphia, pursuant to Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia to dispose of such properties for rehabilitation and/or improvement in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code.

This enacted ordinance removes and vacates Delhi Street between Tenth Street and Montgomery Avenue from the City Plan.
Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 119 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Delhi Street from Tenth Street to Montgomery Avenue and by reserving and placing on the City Plan a right of way for drainage purposes, water main purposes, gas main purposes and public utility purposes within the lines of Delhi Street being stricken from the City Plan and vacated under authority of this Ordinance, under certain terms and conditions.

This enacted law adds conditions for permits to erect outdoor advertising and non-accessory signs in Philadelphia.
Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by amending Section 14-1604, entitled "Outdoor Advertising and Non-Accessory Advertising Controls," by adding requirements for the issuance of a permit to erect outdoor advertising and non-accessory signs; in particular, providing that no such permit shall be issued if there is any outstanding violation relating to premises upon which the outdoor advertising sign will be erected or maintained, or if the applicant is delinquent in the payment of any taxes, charges, fees, rents or claims; all under certain terms and conditions.
