Amending Chapter 9-2800 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Universities, Property Owners or Managers and Students," by amending the definition of "Educational Housing District" to include the North Central Educational Housing District bounded on the north by Susquehanna Avenue, on the south by Girard Avenue, on the east by Ninth Street, and on the west by Eighteenth Street, by enacting certain special provisions that apply only within the North Central Educational Housing District, and by making technical amendments; all under certain terms and conditions.
