This adopted resolution calls on Pennsylvania’s members of Congress to reject federal budget proposals that cut public services while increasing tax breaks that mainly benefit the highest-income households.
Calling on the Pennsylvania Delegation of the United States Congress to reject any joint budget resolution that cuts public services and deepens inequality in our nation by increasing the tax breaks that primarily benefit the highest-income households and to vote against any future tax breaks that solely, or substantially only, benefit wealthy Americans and/or large corporations, which erode the funding available for critical domestic priorities.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, deeds conveying conditional fee simple title to certain City-owned lots or pieces of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in the Twenty-third Ward of the City of Philadelphia, pursuant to Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia to dispose of such properties for rehabilitation and/or improvement in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code.
